Ready to roll for a great cause!

A fun night out for schools, youth groups, nonprofits & teams—raise funds while your community skates together!

Available Thursdays or Fridays from 5 to 8 pm during our all-ages Public Skate sessions, each booking includes two reserved tables to accommodate your group.


Your organization earns:


  • 50% kickback on all admission tickets purchased by your group online in advance. Online sales close at 5pm on the day of your event.

  • 25% kickback on all admission tickets purchased by your group at the door. Guests must mention your fundraiser at check-in and be checked in by 7pm to count toward your total percentage back.

Purchasing & Tracking Admissions

Once your fundraiser is booked, you’ll receive a link to a dedicated online checkout. Guests can select your scheduled date from the calendar and purchase their admissions there. Tickets can also be purchased at the door, guests must mention your fundraiser at check-in so your group receives credit.

**All ticket sales are final, guests should confirm their plans before purchasing.


FAQs

  • How far in advance do we need to book?

    We recommend booking at least one month in advance to secure your preferred date. A minimum of seven (7) days’ notice is required to accommodate our scheduling.

  • What happens after we book our fundraiser night online?

    Once your fundraiser is confirmed, you’ll receive a promotional flyer to help spread the word and get your school community excited. We’ll also send you a direct link to our online checkout, so your guests can easily purchase their admissions in advance. It’s all designed to make promoting and running your event as smooth as possible!

  • Where do we enter our unique code?

    No code is needed! Just click on the checkout link and choose the date of your event, and click on your organizations name to buy tickets.

  • Do non-skating adults bringing a minor to the event have to pay admission? 

    No, non-skating adults who are chaperoning their children are free of charge HOWEVER they will not be counted toward your fundraising total.

  • What if someone purchases admissions but doesn’t attend the event?

     Unused tickets are non-refundable, but good news—your organization will still receive 50% of those admissions!

  • When will we receive our payout?

     Your fundraising check will be mailed to your organization’s address approximately 14 days after your event.

  • How often can we host a fundraiser?

    Fundraisers can be held quarterly, as long as your most recent event (within the past calendar year) sold at least 25 admissions. If your turnout was under 25, you’re still welcome to host one fundraiser per year.

  • What if we need to cancel or reschedule?

    If you need to make a change to your booking, just let us know as soon as possible. Please note: if you cancel or reschedule within 10 days of your event date, your group will not be eligible to book another event at Skateworld for the next six (6) months. 

  • Can children be dropped off at this event?

     No, this is not a drop-off event. All guests 17 and under must be accompanied by a chaperone who is at least 21 years old. Chaperones must remain with their group for the duration of the visit.

  • Can we bring outside food or drinks for our group?

    Outside food and drinks are not allowed, but we’ve got a fully stocked snack bar with plenty of crowd friendly options.

  • Can we invite or recruit other guests in line to join our fundraiser?

    No, only guests who were invited by your organization should participate in your fundraiser. Soliciting other guests at the rink is not permitted.

  • Can we sell school or organization merchandise during our fundraiser?

    Absolutely! As long as the merchandise is specific to your school or organization, you’re welcome to set up your items at your reserved tables and share with your guests. Please make sure to respect other patrons by not approaching or soliciting them outside of your designated area.

This is NOT a drop-off event. Guests 17 and under must be with a chaperone aged 21+ who remains with them at all times.
