Rules and Regulations
Rules
- Everyone enters and skates at their own risk.
- No outside food or drinks
- No carrying children while on skates.
- NO RE-ENTRY. Once you leave you are done skating for the day.
- No fast skating, rough play, or tag. If you are passing more skaters than are passing you, then you are going too fast.
- No shoes allowed on the skating floor.
- Helmets/safety gear is not required but strongly recommended. Equipment available for sale in skate shop
- Keep moving at all times while on the skating floor, no stopping or standing
- No sitting, standing at, or climbing over any of the walls around the rink
- Skates cannot be worn outside of the building or in the parking lot.
- All sales are final. Online tickets purchased cannot be refunded or exchanged for different dates or times.
- Every person must sign a waiver before entering the rink, even if you are not skating. Please have all waivers signed before checking in at the front desk.
- No gum, alcohol, vaping, or smoking allowed in the building.
- All bags and personal belongings are subject to inspection when entering the building.
- Outside skates and roller blades are subject to inspection upon entering.
- No pets permitted inside of the building.
- Skateworld is NOT responsible for lost or stolen items. Lockers available for rent
- Report any incidents or accidents to management
- Improper conduct, destruction of property, or failure to follow these rules may result in you being asked to leave or denial of entry. No refunds will be given for expulsion
Chaperone Policy
- Currently, all guests ages 17 years old or younger must be accompanied by a chaperone who is at least 21 years old to be admitted to Skateworld. The chaperone must present a valid photo ID with date of birth. One chaperone may accompany no more than four guests ages 17 or younger per day.
- Chaperones must accompany their party during entry, remain within sight of their party at all times during their visit to the rink, and be available by phone throughout their stay. Guests ages 17 years old or younger who are found inside Skateworld unaccompanied by a chaperone will be subject to ejection. This chaperone requirement applies to all Skateworld visitors and membership pass-holders.
